On days four and five we went to the Magic Kingdom. There is so much to do there we had to take two days and we could have taken more!
On the first day we were surprised that you can't actually walk into the park, you have to take the monorail or a ferry boat. The first day we took the monorail and it worked fine but the second day we took the ferry and it was much faster. Definitely what we would recommend!
We decided to ride the train to the back of the park when we got there and ended up in the area where there are lots of rides for the kids. We took them on a roller coaster and the Dumbo ride and then we took Eliana to see the characters she hadn't seen yet- Goofy and Daisy Duck. Donald and Minnie were there too and we got pictures but she didn't want to talk to anyone but Daisy. She said to Daisy, "Hi. My name is Eliana. It's nice to meet you." and that was that. After this Eliana didn't ask to see any more characters. She'd accomplished her goal and was pleased with herself!
After seeing the characters we rode the teacups and then Splash Mountain. Eliana did great on the teacups and the big kids enjoyed Splash Mountain. This is one of the few rides I rode the one other time I went to Disney World back in 1993 and it's amazing how much less intimidating it was and how much less fun getting wet is as an adult.

Eliana and I are in the front seat.
This is my "When I am going to get soaked?" look!
We ended this day with a ride on the Jungle Safari. It was quite silly and not really what we were expecting but it was relaxing and entertaining so it was worth it.
We came back out the next day at little later in the morning planning to stay until the parade that night. When we walked into the park we just happened to walk into a really cool show at Cinderella's castle. Mickey and all his friends were there singing and dancing and we even got to see some princesses dancing with their princes. It was the perfect way to see everyone all at once from a very safe distance! This also satisfied Eliana's desires to see the princesses, which was really good since the wait times to see any of them were ridiculous.
After the show we went to "see" the castle, which literally consisted of walking through a short hallway since the only way to see the inside is to eat at the restaurant or pay to get your child dressed up like a princess. Oh well! Eliana wanted to ride the carousel though and it was right there so we did that and then the teacups again.
After lunch Drew and I took Noah on Space Mountain. He was a little scared but he did great and didn't even scream the whole time. It was fun for us to be able to do this with him.
As I mentioned before we had all planned on staying until the parade that night but the little kids (and some of us adults) were pretty tired so most of us went back and we left Drew, Uncle Matt and Noah at the park. They were able to do lots more stuff without us and had a great time. They stayed and watched the Electrical Parade and had a blast. We had a blast swimming in the pool and going to bed early.
It was a fun two days at Magic Kindgom!
