Last week we were in Almaty having some vacation and for Drew to help a co-worker with some work stuff. Man, it is a whole different world there! Huge city, lots of traffic, lots of people, women wearing whatever clothes they want, Uber and lots of yummy, American food options. We definitely enjoyed ourselves! It was fun to do new things, treat ourselves and just have some relaxed time as a family.
On Monday we just explored the area near our apartment, which was a huge mall with several play areas outside it. It was literally three minutes away so we spent a lot of time there eating, playing and just wandering around. Perfect location!
