We spent this week having a "staycation" here in our city. We had good times of rest and relaxation, while also getting some things done that are hard to do when Drew is at work. We ended the week with a fun day on Friday. We went out for lunch at a Chinese restaurant, went bowling after nap time and then hung out with some friends from dinner.
Our lunch was so delicious and Drew even set Eliana up with chopsticks that she could use. He is such a handy dad! The best part though was Eliana telling us about her plans to take Grandma and Grandpa to this restaurant when they come and then working through all the details to make it possible for the five of us to sit at tables with only four chairs. She is a planner and a problem solver! Now we just have to have some guests! :-)
