This may surprise you but today was actually Eliana's first time to play in the snow. Her first winter we had around 50 snows (seriously!) but she was too little for me to take her out. Last winter it didn't really snow at all until March and during the one snow we had we were doing potty training and didn't leave the house. So today when we woke up to about five inches we decided it was time to take her out.
She was so excited to build a snowman and really enjoyed being outside until her hands got too cold. I don't love cold weather and snow so I wasn't terribly excited to go outside but seeing her have fun was worth it. Thankful for fun things to do together (and that we hadn't given Eliana's snow boots back yet!)!

All ready to go! (Yes, she picked out a skirt to wear even today!)
Working on the snowman
I will admit that snow is beautiful, I'd just rather look at it from inside.
Eliana and her Frosty
The snow was quite dry so it wasn't easy to make the snowman but Daddy came through!
