New Friends

My introverted nature makes meeting new people a little more difficult for me so when one of my extroverted friends told me about some new ladies she had met at a local store I took the opportunity to go with her to meet them one day.  It was really a good deal for both of us because it allowed me to meet some new people and I have more language than my friend so she was able to interact more with my help.

So anyway, we had a nice time talking and then they invited us to come back for lunch on Friday.  Awesome!  So, I left Eliana with another friend and we went and had kurutob, a dish with a fried flat bread, sesame oil, strong sour cream/yogurt and some veggies.  It's one of my favorite dishes here and we had a good time hanging out and spending some time with two of the ladies.  I hope for more such outings in the future!

Thank you Lord for friends!

So nice to have new friends and for an introvert, you look very outgoing! It helps to see photos of your friends so we know how to lift and can see that precious one in our mind. Love to all.

What a great opportunity! I'm sure your friend appreciated your language skills, too.
If you come across the recipe that has eggplant, onions, green peppers, tomatoes (I think) & lots of oil... I'd love to have it.
