Well, it's official! After only 4 days on the market we have a deal- and a really good one too! The person came and saw the house on Saturday, gave us an offer yesterday, we negotiated throughout the day today and signed the papers this evening. This really is crazy and a total miracle from the Lord. We are just so thankful for His provision in this area for us. It truly is amazing! We close on September 14th so our next priority is to find a new place to live. Did I mention, how crazy all this is? Wow! What a day! Thanks for the prayers. I don't have to worry about keeping the house neat and tidy now.:-)

That's so wonderful Leslie!! It sounds exactly like what happened to us...our house went on the market on a Tuesday night and we had an offer by that Friday morning. :) God definitely blessed you! :)
Where do you guys think you will move to?
For now we're just going to look for an apartment either around Briercreek or closer to where Drew works. We're just going to see where the best deals are. Hopefully we'll find something good!
Hi Leslie. So exciting!! Have you heard of rent.com? If you contact (the first time) apartments by their website and then anywhere it states for a referral/how did you hear about us to write rent.com then the apartment complex has to pay the website and rent.com gives you a $100 check.
I'm still not over this wonderful bit of craziness! Congrats again!
