Delicious Quick Bread Recipe


Last night I made this zucchini-pineapple quick bread and it is delicious! It makes two loaves so you can eat one and freeze one. The recipe says to cook them at the same time and for one hour and I only needed to add five more minutes to the total cooking time. I also used two different types of pans- one metal and one stoneware- and both cooked evenly and were finished at the same time. The result is a moist, delicious, lower fat and calorie bread. Yummy! (And, no that is not the bread I made in the picture- it's the website shot!):-)
