We had the chance to go down to Carolina Beach and the Ft. Fisher aquarium on Wednesday! It was a perfect day! I had really wanted to be able to go and when we saw the temps were going to be in the upper 60s we hit the road. We spent time at the beach and ate a picnic lunch, went to the aquarium and then went back to the beach. The water was freezing but the girls had a blast. The tide had gone out and there were lots of little pools for them to play in so it was perfect. Jadon walked around a bit too. Like I said, it was a perfect day! And we ended with burgers from our favorite place in restaurant in Carolina Beach. Many sweet memories were made!
