One of the things on my "to-do" list while we were here was to take Eliana to the NC Zoo. She loves our Central Asia zoo and trust me, it cannot even compare to what is in the US. So, when I saw last week that the weather on Monday was going to be cool and not humid we headed out for a quick day trip. Bianca, Grace and Gabe joined us and it was so much fun!
We went straight to the Africa section when we got there and saw so many great animals- giraffes, zebras, ostriches, baboons, lions, gorillas and more. The gorillas were the coolest and they put on quite a show for us. The kids loved it!
