Thursday was the official Navruz (beginning of spring) holiday here in our country. Drew had the day off so we took it easy all morning and then went out after Eliana's nap. There's a new park here that's been open over a year now that we'd never been to so we decided Navruz was a great time to go. They have a huge ferris wheel we've been wanting to ride and we just wanted to check out what it was like.
So, we went and it was great! There were lots of people there all dressed up for the holiday, we rode the ferris wheel and Eliana rode the carousel. It was fun seeing all the people, checking out all they have to offer and just being together as a family. I just felt so blessed and thankful to be there with Drew and Eliana and that we get to do life together. It was really sweet.
Oh yeah, we finished the day with a little picnic in the living room. Fun times!
