Today has been really yucky outside- a rain/snow mixture and quite cold temps so I decided to stay in. Fortunately this is really the first day since we've been back that it's been this nasty so we've not had many cooped up days this winter. I'm so thankful!
To pass the time we made sugar cookies, did watercolors (well, to be honest Eliana mostly played with the cup of water- drinking/spilling it and having me fill it up again!), fixed a button on a sweater, read books and had a living room picnic while watching Curious George. As soon as I said we were going to have a picnic Eliana went and got her play picnic basket and set everything up. Thanks for the great gift Aunt Liv!
Anyway, we've had a fun day and I am thankful it has gone so well. Looking forward to temps in the 60s this weekend!
