Third Thanksgiving

We had our third Thanksgiving meal of the season today. This one was thrown in honor of our new Chinese friends who are all grad students at NC State. I cooked the whole meal (with the exception of Drew doing the Turkey) and didn't even get stressed- planning ahead (I started cooking on Wednesday) made all the difference. We were able to share with them the true meanings of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter and hopefully these truths will find a home in their hearts so one day they too can truly celebrate the season. It was a fun afternoon!
