I made this cake last night -Strawberry Layer Cake- and it is delicious! I didn't use the red food coloring because mine was old and hard and I left out the orange flavoring in the icing because I don't like orange flavoring. (I also didn't decorate it all fancy since it was not leaving our house but that didn't change the taste.) Drew and I both think it turned out great! As always, I owe it to Cooking Light! Delicious and light- what more can you ask for!

I totally thought that was the picture of YOUR cake, but then you told me it wasn't!! I was impressed either way! :) I bookmarked the recipe-- looks yummy!
Yeah, I'm not that good at making pretty cakes or photography!:-) I do wish I had that cakestand though!
